Taylors College provides ‘Taylors Extra Care’ a caregiver service for students under 18 years of age. One of our welfare staff members will act as the caregiver.

Services include:

  • Telephone conversations with parents.
  • Visits to the homestay.
  • General well-being & homestay experience interview - held quarterly on campus.
  • Monitoring academic progress and attendance.
  • Written report to parents.
  • 24 hour service in case of emergency.
  • Organising outdoor activities.
  • Help to settle into new environment.
  • Help to set up a bank account and manage personal finances. 
  • Frequent communication with homestay hosts.
